Delegate passes for this event are reserved for senior public sector health and care professionals - please note, if you are a supplier to the NHS, attendance is only possible via event partnership. To determine eligibility for a delegate pass, please click here. Please note that HSJ reserves the right to approve or reject registrations based on suitability.
Your attendance is fully funded, so there is no cost to you, but there are associated costs for HSJ and for the event sponsors. Should circumstances arise that mean you are no longer able to attend the event, HSJ requires you to arrange a suitable replacement. Failure to show or provide a replacement will incur a £149 administration fee.
By registering for the HSJ Reducing Health Inequalities Forum, you are confirming your commitment to participate in the program, and as a minimum to attend two 25-minute Interactive Discussion Groups (IDGs) on topics of your choice. Exceptions to this commitment will be considered if requested at the point of registration and mutually agreed upon in writing by HSJ.
